Standard Management Commission: 15% of rent collected (12.5% + VAT)
Initial Tenancy Administration Fee: £360 (£300 + VAT)
This is a contribution to the administration involved setting up a new tenancy to include advertising, accompanying viewings, referencing and ID checking, drafting and completing the tenancy agreement, preparing the Schedule of Condition prior to new tenant(s) moving in, deposit compliance, informing utilities companies and the council.
Deposit Compliance Fee: £12 per annum (£10 + VAT).
Notices: We reserve the right to charge £60 (£50 + VAT) when instructed to serve a notice for possession.
Introducer/Let Only Fee: Equivalent to one month’s rent.
Rent: payable monthly in advance. Interest @ 3% p.a. over The Bank of England Base Rate is payable for late payment of rent.
Deposit: equivalent to 5 weeks rent.
Novation of Tenancy: £50 (This is if the tenancy wishes to change the terms of the tenancy agreement.)
Keys: The tenant is responsible for replacing lost keys.
During the tenancy, tenants will be expected to pay Council Tax, utilities, and payments for communication services.
Clients’ Money Protection is administered through the RICS. Our redress scheme is ‘The Property Redress Scheme’.
