About Caroline Johns

Caroline joined the firm in 2012 and brought with her qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Housing together with a sound knowledge of Health and Safety, fire assessments and auditing.  Her responsibilities include managing any work required on our leasehold blocks and tenanted properties, fire inspection, alarm testing, periodic visits to tenanted properties, and instructing maintenance repairs with local contractors.
