Leasehold Block Management:  With an increasing number of flats being built or converted, we can manage the freehold of the block either for the individual freehold owner or the residents’ association.  Our services include collection of ground rents and service charges, arranging insurance, instructing maintenance issues, ensuring legal requirements are kept up to date and assisting with any sales documentation. 

Valuations: are provided for a variety of properties and various purposes including probate and capital gains tax, inheritance tax planning, family transfers, matrimonial disputes, etc.

Compulsory Purchase and Compensation: Specialist advice and assistance available should your property be subject to compulsory acquisition or is required by a private utility company for the laying of water and sewage pipes, fibre optic or electric cables, gas/oil pipes. Fees are usually paid by the acquiring authority.

Agricultural: Assistance with completion of Single Payment Scheme (SPS), Entry Level Stewardship forms, general agricultural management, leases of land, valuations for capital gains tax, inheritance tax and probate, all tenant right matters for both ingoers and outgoers, milk quota apportionment.
